Thank you for shopping with us. We are committed to providing safe, discreet, and compliant shipping for all THCa products. All our THCa products are derived from hemp and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC, in full compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill and applicable federal and state laws. However, THCa regulations vary by state, and we ship only to areas where it is legal. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Restrictions

• Eligible States: We ship to all U.S. states where THCa products are legal under state law. Due to evolving regulations, we do not ship to the following restricted states: Alaska, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Virginia. This list is subject to change based on current laws—if your state is not listed but has restrictions, your order may be canceled and refunded.
• Ineligible Areas: We do not ship to U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam), international addresses, or P.O. Boxes/APO/FPO addresses.
• Age Verification: All customers must be 21 years or older. We require age verification at checkout and may request valid government-issued ID for delivery confirmation.
• Compliance Note: Every order includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA) verifying compliance with federal hemp standards. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if we suspect non-compliance with laws.

Processing and Delivery Times

• Order Processing: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). During high-volume periods, such as sales or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.
• Delivery Estimates: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days via standard ground shipping. Total time from order to delivery: 3-8 business days.
• Delays: Weather, carrier issues, or address errors may cause delays. We are not responsible for carrier-induced delays.

Shipping Methods and Costs

• Carrier: We use USPS Priority Mail for all domestic shipments (reliable and cost-effective).
• Shipping Rates:
  • Flat rate: $9.99 for orders under $99.
  • Free shipping on orders over $99.
• Expedited Options: Available for an additional fee (e.g., USPS Priority Express for 1–2-day delivery). Select at checkout.
• Signature Confirmation: Required for all orders over $100 for security.

Packaging and Discretion

• All packages are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes with no indication of contents.
• Products are sealed in odor-proof, child-resistant packaging to ensure privacy and safety.
• We include the COA and compliance documentation inside the package for your reference.

Tracking and Confirmation

• A shipping confirmation email with a USPS tracking number will be sent once your order ships.
• Track your package directly on the USPS website using the provided number.
• If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, contact us within 7 days at sales@leaftekdistributions.com with your order number for investigation.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

• Lost in Transit: If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier (after 7-10 days), we will file a claim and reship or refund at our discretion.
• Damaged: Inspect your package upon arrival. If damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos for a replacement or refund.
• Stolen: We recommend filing a police report. We offer optional shipping insurance at checkout for added protection against theft.
• We are not liable for packages left unattended or misdelivered due to incorrect addresses.

Order Changes and Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled before processing (within 24 hours of placement) by emailing sales@leaftekdistributions.com.
• After processing, changes are not possible—please place a new order for modifications.

Returns and Refunds

• Due to the nature of THCa products, we do not accept returns for unused items unless the product is defective or damaged.
• Refunds for eligible returns are processed within 5-7 business days and issued to the original payment method, minus shipping costs.
• All sales are final for open or used products.
